Zucchini and carrot puree

Ingredients
1 coffee cup fine bulgur
1 piece of zucchini 
1 carrot
1/4 onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe: After peeling the carrots, zucchini and onion, we straighten them into cubes. In the pan we sauté the onion slightly with the olive oil. Then we add the carrots and turn them with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes. We add a glass of hot water to it and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. We add the peels and thin bulgur to the pot that we chop by peeling the shells and we close the lid and cook for another 10 minutes. Then we crush the vegetables with the help of a fork and make them ready to serve.
